Graduate in law of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and King’s College London, Bachelor’s degree in French and English private law, Master’s Degree in Private International Law. Over 20 years in major international law firms in Paris and Monaco. Author of the chapters on Monaco in Data Protection Laws of the World and The Banking Regulation Review. Former member of the Board of the Monaco Association of Compliance Officers.

Master’s degree in Economics, Doctorate in Economics and Business Administration, former law and economics teacher, having held several successive offices within the Monegasque Government for 27 years. Former member of the Board of the Chamber of Legal Advisors of Monaco.

Holder of an “MBA Business Law and Corporate Legal Counsel” from Groupe ESG in Paris, as well as a “Master 1 in Business Law” followed by a “Master 2 Banking and Fintech Law” obtained from the University of Côte d’Azur, Sévdé has developed expertise in corporate law and banking law throughout her career as a lawyer, having worked within a bank, a multi-family office, and law firms in Paris and Monaco. She joined the firm as a mid-level associate.

Qualified legal assistant, contributes to our corporate secretarial files, requests for authorisations filed with the Monaco Government and conducts all relevant formalities with the Monaco administrative bodies. Compliance Officer having obtained the Monaco professional certification AML/FT-C in 2025.

Graduated in Business Law (Canada) and holding a Master’s degree in Business Law – Banking and Fintech Law (France) from the University of Côte d’Azur, with honours, Elisa previously worked as a trainee junior lawyer in a private bank in Monaco, including internships at the Legal Clinic of Université Laval and at the Nice court. She joined the team as a junior associate in 2025.

Graduated with a “Master 1 in Business Law” and a “Master’s 2 in Business Law – Banking and Fintech Law” with honours from the University of Côte d’Azur, she joined us in 2025 and works as a junior associate within the firm.

Graduated with a Master in philosophy, having worked ten years in a luxury boutique in Monaco. She welcomes our visitors by phone and on site and manages all administrative tasks.
