Refinancing of the Monegasque subsidiary of a major telecommunications company, involving a credit facility of 380 million euros.
We advise one of the world’s leading international groups specialising in events, digital services and academic research, on corporate law, residency and employment issues.
More recently, our firm was involved in the acquisition of a group of Monegasque companies by a foreign investment fund, a major transaction by one of the world’s largest independent asset managers.
